I have known Richard since childhood, but we lost touch after high school. We connected again a few years ago and I learned he was in real estate, so when my mom passed away towards the end of 2020, I called Richard with help in selling our home. He kept our visits very professional, advising us on process, pricing, helping find the contractors we needed for repairs, and even recommending an attorney for legal work we needed done.
